Adam is amazing in every regard. He communicated quickly and clearly, was punctual for both his assessment and the appointment to do the work, was clear and detailed about setting expectations and letting me know exactly what he was going to do, and most importantly did amazingly great work. At one point I checked in to see how things were going and the dent looked completely gone to me. He then spent another hour after that to bring the work up to his expectations! I'm a serious perfectionist, so I don't even know how to classify Adam's commitment to his work. I won't consider using anyone else for my dent removal needs as long as Adam is in the business.
I bought a truck with some hail damage to the hood. Adam came out, was very thorough in looking at the damage, explained my options to me and left the decision on what to do up to me. No pressure, very upfront and transparent about everything. On the day of the repair, he came and picked up my truck, fixed it and brought it back. If I didn't know better, I would think the hood was brand new. He doesn't miss anything!!
